We are looking for an Architect (2–3 Years Exp.) who is as comfortable with a rendering engine as they are with a site plan. You will be responsible for taking a basic concept and turning it into a fully visualized, ready-to-build reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-End Visualization: Produce stunning, photo-realistic 3D renderings that capture the mood and atmosphere of our resorts.
- Integrated Design: Go beyond the shell—we need someone who can design the interiors and basic landscaping to create a cohesive guest experience.
- Technical Precision: Develop detailed architectural drawings and 2D layouts for on-site execution.
Who You Are
- The "Out-of-the-Box" Thinker: You don't just follow trends; you suggest innovative materials and unique spatial layouts.
- Software Expert: You are a pro in AutoCAD/Revit and have a high mastery of rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion).
- Proactive & Fast: You understand the pace of a growing business and can pivot quickly between different project sites.
- Experience: 2–3 years in the industry with a portfolio that shows a mix of residential and hospitality work.
