Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect based in Kasaragod. In this position, you will lead architectural projects from concept to completion, including design development, preparing submittals, and overseeing construction documentation. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, consultants, and the internal team to ensure the successful realization of design objectives. The role also involves coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and promoting sustainability practices such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). Limited work-from-home flexibility is available.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes
- Experience in preparing detailed Submittals and project documentation
- Knowledge of Project Management principles and team leadership
- Proficiency in sustainable design practices, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; relevant licensure or certifications are a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is highly desirable
