Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect based in New Delhi. The Project Architect will oversee architectural design processes, prepare detailed submittals, and lead the development and execution of a variety of projects. Responsibilities also include coordinating design and construction documentation, managing schedules, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. The role requires a combination of technical expertise and creative design skills to deliver high-quality, aesthetic-driven projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Proficiency in creating and reviewing Submittals
- Strong Project Management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating effectively with teams and clients
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic project needs
- Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant professional experience
