Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a design consultancy working on large-scale, complex architectural and interior projects. We are looking for a Project Architect to lead design delivery, coordination, and team mentoring.

Role Snapshot

The Project Architect will take end-to-end ownership of projects—from design development through site execution—acting as a key bridge between the central design studio, consultants, site teams, and clients.

Based out of the Bengaluru office, this role combines strong design leadership with on-ground execution oversight to ensure design intent, quality, timelines, and client expectations are consistently met.

This role requires a hands-on architect who is equally comfortable driving design excellence and managing execution realities.

What We are looking for

• An architect with strong experience in end-to-end project delivery, from concept and documentation to site execution.

• Ability to take complete ownership of design quality, coordination, and construction documentation.

• Strong understanding of design development, GFC preparation, and execution-stage coordination.

• Experience coordinating with multiple consultants, site teams, and clients.

• Capability to monitor execution for design fidelity and quality of workmanship.

• Working knowledge of statutory submission processes and authority coordination (project-dependent).

• Strong organisational and communication skills to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders.

• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.
