Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Borivali, Mumbai. The Project Architect will oversee and coordinate all phases of architectural design and project management, from concept to completion. Responsibilities include creating detailed designs, preparing submittals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and applying innovative solutions for sustainable architecture. The candidate will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met within budget and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
- Experience with Submittals and managing documentation for construction and design processes
- Strong Project Management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and team collaboration
- Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional degree in Architecture and relevant licensure; LEED accreditation is a plus
- Experience in sustainable design and an understanding of environmental impact assessments
