Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect located in Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects, including the development of concept designs and the preparation of construction documents. Tasks include coordinating project workflows, collaborating with engineering teams, reviewing submittals, and integrating sustainable design solutions. Additionally, the Project Architect will utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architecture and Project Management, with an ability to oversee and coordinate large-scale projects
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows
- Proficiency in managing and reviewing Submittals and related project documentation
- Understanding of sustainable design principles, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Familiarity with GMP requirements and experience in sectors such as pharma or biotech is a strong advantage
