We are looking for an experienced Intermediate Architect with prior expertise in retail, hospitality, and commercial projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities, be confident in coordinating with clients and site teams, and possess the technical knowledge required to deliver projects from concept through execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial projects from design development through site execution.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documentation, and specifications.
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and coordinate material requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage site execution, monitor progress, and ensure quality, timelines, and design intent are maintained.
- Conduct regular site visits to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and execution details.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely completion.
- Work collaboratively with the design and execution teams to deliver high-quality commercial interiors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2–3 years of professional experience in retail, hospitality, and commercial interior projects.
- Prior experience in project management with hands-on exposure to site execution.
- Strong knowledge of preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and construction documentation.
- Experience in site coordination, contractor management, and execution supervision.
- Excellent client coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and MS Office (knowledge of additional software is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and verbal communication in Hindi.
- A strong portfolio showcasing completed commercial interior projects and execution experience.
