Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Architect at our New Delhi office. The role involves managing architectural projects from inception to completion, coordinating with clients and consultants, preparing submittals, adhering to design and construction guidelines, and ensuring technical accuracy. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and efficient project management will be essential.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and related design practices.
- Proven ability to create and review Submittals and uphold project compliance with established standards.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related software tools for project delivery is a plus
.
- Awareness of sustainable design practices, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles.
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, budgeting, and team coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Registration with a recognized architectural body is preferred.
- Experience in large-scale projects and institutional buildings is advantageous.
