We're Hiring: Project Architect| New Delhi
At Accurate & Associates Infra Pvt. Ltd., we design with purpose—where form follows climate, context, and culture. With over 30+ years of experience, our multidisciplinary practice delivers impactful projects across institutional, commercial, residential, and urban sectors.
We are looking for a Project Architect to lead and manage projects from concept to completion at our New Delhi studio.
Role Overview
As a Project Architect, you will:
- Lead architectural design development from concept to execution
- Manage project planning, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with consultants (structure, MEP, landscape, sustainability)
- Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, BOQs, and tender documents
- Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, codes, and statutory approvals
- Conduct site visits, monitor execution quality, and resolve design issues
- Interface with clients, authorities, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture
- 4–5 years of professional experience in handling projects independently
- Strong design and technical understanding with focus on climate-responsive architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Experience with rendering tools such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Twinmotion (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of building codes, approvals, and construction detailing
- Proven ability in project coordination and team leadership
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
