We Are Hiring – Architect / Civil Engineer
Location: Kottayam, Kerala
We are looking for a motivated and talented Architect or Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will oversee the entire construction project life cycle, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and demonstrate strong technical and design capabilities across various project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams and conduct client meetings
• Prepare construction drawings and documentation
• Coordinate project execution and site activities
• Act as the point of contact for technical issues
• Site supervision and monitoring when required
• Project coordination and leadership responsibilities
• Regular site visits across Kerala
• Coordination with consultants, contractors, and project teams
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of experience in architecture, construction, or project execution
• Experience in residential and commercial projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
• Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering will be an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
• Strong understanding of design and construction processes
• Valid driving licence required
• Candidates based in or around Kottayam are preferred
Vehicle will be provided for site travel.
