An architecture and interior design practice in Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore is hiring a Project Architect with 3–6 years of experience to work on residential, commercial, hospitality, and interior projects. The role involves design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and project execution across multiple project stages.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and project documentation
• Prepare working drawings, technical drawings, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams
• Manage design coordination activities across project stages
• Review drawings and documentation for project requirements and coordination needs
• Participate in site visits and monitor project progress during execution stages
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants
• Contribute to material selection, detailing, and technical documentation
• Resolve design and execution-related issues during project stages
• Maintain project documentation and drawing updates
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 3–6 years of experience in architecture or interior projects
• Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, or interior projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design tools
• Understanding of construction documentation and project coordination processes
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage project responsibilities across multiple stages
Work Schedule
Location: Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore
Working days: Monday - Saturday (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
