Role Description The Project and Account Manager (Remote – Evening Shift) is a full-time role responsible for overseeing client projects and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. This position involves coordinating project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. The role includes serving as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, gathering requirements, and communicating updates to internal technical teams. The manager will monitor project performance, identify risks or blockers, and facilitate resolution to keep initiatives on track. Daily responsibilities also include preparing reports, participating in virtual meetings, and aligning project scope with business goals in a fully remote work environment.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Client relationship management and account management skills, with the ability to understand business needs and maintain client satisfaction.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred) and comfort working within SaaS or cloud-based ecosystems.
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English and effective presentation abilities.
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret requirements, resolve issues, and optimize processes.
- Familiarity with software development processes or technical environments (ASP.NET, Angular, C#, React, Node.js experience is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with reliability during evening shift hours and collaboration across distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in project or account management within IT services, consulting, or SaaS organizations is highly beneficial.
