Job Responsibilities:-
- Analyze and manage automobile sector manufacturing projects from planning to execution.
- Conduct feasibility studies, production planning, costing, and operational analysis.
- Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and engineering teams.
- Monitor project timelines, resource utilization, and production efficiency.
- Develop process improvement strategies for manufacturing and automation.
- Handle client coordination and technical project discussions.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards.
- Prepare project reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of automobile production lines and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in PP Spunbond, PET, Spunlace, hygiene or packaging industry preferred.
- Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and process optimization.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent coordination and reporting abilities.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
