Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Advisor based in Dehradun. The Project Advisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing hydroponics and CEA projects, providing expert advice on sustainable agricultural practices, collaborating with project teams, guiding clients through project implementation, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in English & Hindi
- Strong/basic expertise in hydroponics, controlled environment agriculture (CEA), and sustainable farming methods
- Effective project management and organizational skills to oversee multiple projects
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities related to agricultural systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and teams
- Proven ability to work on-site and oversee physical project implementation
- Experience in using relevant agricultural software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Agronomy, Biotechnology a related field
- Prior experience in the agriculture or farming industry is plus point.
