Agri Joy Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing agritech company specializing in Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), Hydroponics, Mushroom Farming, and allied sectors. We provide end-to-end project execution services—from planning to commissioning—helping clients build sustainable and profitable farming ventures.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Project Advisor who will guide clients and internal teams throughout the lifecycle of agriculture projects. The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise in modern farming techniques and the ability to support decision-making for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on suitable project types (CEA, Hydroponics, Mushroom, etc.) based on their requirements and location
- Guide on crop selection, seasonal planning, and commercial viability
- Assist clients in understanding and availing government subsidies and schemes
- Support onboarding process of clients from initial consultation to project execution
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, execution, procurement) for smooth project delivery
- Provide technical consultation and ensure best practices in modern agriculture
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or related field
- 1/2 years of experience in CEA, hydroponics, greenhouse/polyhouse, or mushroom farming
- Strong understanding of government subsidy schemes in agriculture
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Problem-solving mindset with decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in consulting or advisory roles in agritech projects
- Exposure to turnkey project execution in agriculture
