Job Opening: Project Administrator (Project Coordinator)
Shift - UKI Shift (1-10pm)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Project Administrator to support digital transformation projects, including ERP implementations (like Odoo).
This role focuses on task tracking, coordination, and maintaining accurate project data to ensure smooth project delivery.
You will work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and developers to keep projects structured, updated, and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project plans, tasks, and tickets
- Track time entries, deadlines, and progress
- Ensure all project data is accurate and up to date
- Prepare weekly reports and dashboards
- Monitor helpdesk tickets and task assignments
- Follow up with team members on pending tasks
- Support project documentation (meeting notes, action items)
- Ensure consistency in project data (status, priorities, timelines)
Required Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination / administration
- Experience working in structured environments (IT, operations, delivery teams)
- Strong organizational and tracking skills
- Experience with Excel or project management tools
Nice to Have
- Exposure to IT / ERP / software projects
- Experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana
- Basic understanding of project lifecycle
