Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Project Administrator located in Gandhinagar. The Project Administrator will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of STEM education programs and projects. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, tracking progress, ensuring resources and materials are available, liaising with team members and stakeholders, and addressing project-related challenges. The role also involves conducting regular status updates, assisting with documentation, and maintaining clear communication to ensure project goals and deadlines are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Experience with documentation and reporting tools.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Familiarity with STEM education concepts and tools like coding, robotics, or AI is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in project administration or coordination roles is highly advantageous.
