Safeyards is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager who can generate new business opportunities and bring construction project leads from the first month onwards.
This is a target-driven role focused on project acquisition, client networking, and revenue generation for residential, commercial, and turnkey construction projects in collaboration with EssEnn Architects.
We are specifically looking for candidates with existing industry connections and proven business development experience in construction, architecture, interiors, or real estate sectors.

Role Expectations
- Generate qualified project leads
- Bring residential/commercial construction opportunities
- Conduct client meetings and close projects from 1st month onwards
- Build broker, consultant, and developer networks
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets
Preferred Candidates
- Prior experience in construction/architecture business development
- Strong Hyderabad market network
- Proven track record in project closures
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
