Regional Finance Director

Work Location: Dubai, UAE Full time, office based role. Estimated Remuneration: AED 55K to 65K per month + Schooling Allowance + Family Medical Insurance + Family Annual Flights + Bonus (discretionary performance based) About the Client A leading multinational business, with multiple service lines in the heavy industrial and energy sector. Required Profile 15+ years progressive professional career experience in finance At least 5-7 years work experience in a Regional Finance Manager or equivalent role with financial responsibility of multiple countries across the Middle East. Will have started their career in Audit working for a Big 4 before heading into industry in a finance function of a multinational company. Must have worked for multinational corporate companies throughout career. P&L management experience. IFRS standards experience. Expertise in financial Tax laws across the Middle East. People leadership: Proven track record in leading large scale finance teams across multiple countries. Qualifications Degree educated in Finance, Business, Economics or similar Technical finance qualifications such as; CMA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CA. Masters degree is considered an advantage but not essential.
