🔍 We're Hiring: Progression Incharge | NST x ADYPU, Pune
We're looking for someone who doesn't just track students — they show up for them.
At NST, the Progression Incharge for ADYPU will own the academic journey of a batch of 100+ students across their 4-year B.TECH programme
What this role is really about:
- Conducting regular 1-on-1s with students and actually following through — flagging concerns to the right teams and closing every loop until it's resolved
- Being the single POC students trust to get their problems solved — academic, personal, or anything in between
- Giving honest, subjective feedback to students and serving as their mentor — not generic advice, but specific guidance based on where each student actually stands
- Spotting patterns across a 100+ student batch and proactively flagging who needs attention before things escalate
- Driving cross-team collaboration — working with faculty, placement, and ops to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Taking new initiatives for students — if you see a gap, you fill it
Who we're looking for:
- Someone who goes above and beyond without being asked
- Comfortable managing a large cohort without losing the personal touch
- A natural problem-solver who owns outcomes, not just tasks
- Having strong analytical skill and handy with spreadhsheets
