Role Purpose
To lead and drive organisation-wide HR initiatives including performance management, employee
engagement, capability development, and HR alignment across Head Office and project locations. The
role will focus on strengthening organisational culture, improving employee experience, and ensuring
effective implementation of HR programs that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management System (PMS)
•Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Performance
Management System (PMS) across the organisation.
•Oversee development and periodic review of Job Descriptions (JD), Key Result Areas (KRA),
and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for various roles.
•Facilitate goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance cycles.
•Guide leadership and managers on performance discussions, feedback practices, and
development planning.
HR Programs & Corporate Initiatives
•Conceptualise and implement organisation-wide HR initiatives and employee engagement
programs.
•Drive programs that enhance employee experience, collaboration, and organisational culture.
•Partner with leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
Learning & Development
•Identify organisational training needs in collaboration with department heads and project
leaders.
•Plan and coordinate training programs at Head Office and project sites.
•Support leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
HR Coordination with Project Sites
•Work closely with site administration and project teams to ensure alignment of HR initiatives
across locations.
•Provide HR support and guidance to project teams on people-related matters.
•Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and programs across Head Office and sites.
Employee Engagement & Culture
•Lead planning and execution of employee engagement activities, internal campaigns, and
organisational events.
•Strengthen collaboration between Head Office HR and Site HR teams.
•Promote a culture of teamwork, communication, and employee recognition.
Candidate Profile
•7 to 9 years of experience in HR functions with focus on performance management, L&D, or
employee engagement.
•Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing PMS frameworks and KRA/KPI
structures.
•Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to work across multi-location setups including construction or project sites.
•Proficiency in HR tools, MIS reporting, and MS Office Suite.
- •Prior experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure organisations preferred.
