Job Title: Power Platform Developer
Shift Timings: Available till 9-9:30 PM IST
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps to address business needs and enhance digital workflows.
Create, manage, and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual tasks.
Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate solutions with various data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, IBM i db2, and other databases.
Develop and maintain custom connectors to integrate Power Platform solutions with external APIs and third-party services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Document development processes, workflows, and system configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to leverage new capabilities and drive innovation.
Assist with automation projects using RPA tools such as Power Automate Desktop, UI Path, and Blue Prism to further enhance process automation and efficiency.
Evaluate and comply with data security and privacy regulations in all development and automation activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and automating workflows with Power Automate.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure services, with the ability to integrate these services into Power Platform solutions.
Proficiency in creating custom connectors and integrating Power Apps with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Familiarity with data sources like SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dataverse, IBM i db2 with the ability to leverage these sources effectively.
Experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate Desktop, UI Path, and Blue Prism is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
