About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Analyst with strong hands?on expertise in manual testing of Salesforce applications. This role focuses on validating business functionality, configurations, integrations, and data across Salesforce platforms to ensure high?quality, reliable releases. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to support testing across Agile delivery cycles and ensure successful Salesforce deployments.

What You'll Do
- Perform functional, regression, sanity testing, and provide UAT support for Salesforce applications
- Test Salesforce functionality across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Validate Salesforce configurations including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, workflows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
- Test end?to?end business scenarios such as cases, assignments, approvals, reports, and dashboards
- Perform integration testing between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Validate data accuracy and consistency using SOQL, Salesforce reports, Data Loader, and Workbench
- Log, track, retest, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Prepare and maintain test cases, test execution reports, and QA documentation
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to clarify requirements and ensure quality delivery
- Support release cycles, including regression testing and post?deployment validation
Expertise You'll Bring
- 2 ?5 years of experience in QA / Software Testing
- Strong hands?on experience in Salesforce manual testing
- Solid understanding of Salesforce objects, data model, and business workflows
- Experience working with Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, and Permission Sets
- Strong experience in functional and regression testing
- Hands?on testing experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience using defect tracking tools such as JIRA
- Working knowledge of SOQL, Data Loader, and Workbench for data validation
- Strong analytical, problem?solving, and communication skills
- Exposure to Salesforce automation tools such as Provar or Selenium (nice to have)
- Experience with Health Cloud or Life Sciences domain (nice to have)
- Salesforce Admin or QA certification (preferred)
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
