Role Description

This is a full-time remote role, based in Bhopal for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee planning, implementation, and monitoring of educational and health-focused projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, evaluating program outcomes, and addressing challenges. The role also requires providing leadership to ensure that programs align with the organization’s objectives and deliver sustainable, community-driven results.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including experience with planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
• Proficiency in program evaluation, impact assessment, and reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities
• Understanding of rural development, education systems, and healthcare program implementation
• Experience in working with underserved communities is a plus
• Proven adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges in remote or resource-limited settings
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Education, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proficiency in project management tools and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
