We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Programmatic Specialist role to be responsible for the planning and execution of strategy, performance of client KPIs and managing critical processes that enable adherence to timelines and best practices, specifically in the realm of Display and Programmatic channels.
At its core, the role of the Programmatic Specialist is to plan and manage the implementation of programmatic campaigns across all relevant programmatic buying models. This will require strong channel knowledge and expertise to navigate opportunities in the ever-evolving digital media landscape.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Implement, monitor, and optimize programmatic campaigns across major DSPs e.g. DV360, Adobe Advertising Cloud, etc.
- Ensure trafficking is completed on time and campaigns are set up accurately
- Conduct daily monitoring of delivery and optimize against defined KPIs
- Lead conversations with partners on troubleshooting, best practices, and operational improvements
Campaign Quality Assurance
- Review campaign builds to ensure accuracy and compliance with plans and checklists
- Refine processes to prevent overspends or delivery errors
- Apply brand safety and verification best practices using third-party tools (e.g., IAS)
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights
- Ensure correct tracking and measurement integrations are in place
- Support managers in reporting and presenting results
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with the Programmatic Lead and managers to align on planning, execution, and delivery
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and platform partners
- Share knowledge of new features, betas, and platform updates with the wider team
Success Measures
- Achievement of campaign KPIs and efficiency targets
- Accurate campaign delivery with minimal errors
- Positive client and partner feedback
- Strong internal audit and QA results
Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing display/programmatic campaigns (focused preferred in a media agency)
- Proficiency in DV360 (SDF knowledge a plus) and other DSPs (e.g. DV360, Adobe Advertising Cloud etc.)
- Experience with Google CM360 trafficking and ad-serving
- Familiarity with third-party verification tools (IAS or similar)
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to support both managers and peers
