About Jungle Technology
We're the world's leading No-SDK, No-Code Branding Ad Network, built for mobile publishers who want more revenue without touching their codebase.
Today, we power monetization across 20,000+ apps, including 7 of the top 10 gaming publishers and 1 in 4 casual games worldwide.
The Role
We need someone to own our CTV and in-app supply path end to end. Integration, pricing, packaging, optimization, monitoring, scale. All of it.
This is not a ticket queue. You'll be expected to understand the auction underneath, chase down why something isn't performing, form a view, test it, and move the number. If you like knowing why a bid didn't win and not just that it didn't, read on.
What You'll Own
- Integrations - VAST/VPAID and oRTB across CTV and in-app. Publisher and app onboarding through to live traffic.
- Supply optimization - Floor strategy, traffic shaping, QPS efficiency, supply path and curation calls. The funnel is yours: requests → bid rate → bid density → win rate → render rate → fill → eCPM.
- Debugging and testing - Bid requests and responses, VAST errors, wrapper chains, render failures, latency. Find the cause, run the experiment, ship the fix.
- Inventory quality - oRTB supply signals, schain, consent strings, IFA and CTV identifiers. ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, blocklists, IVT.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in programmatic. Hands-on, not oversight
- Deep oRTB knowledge. You read bid requests and responses and troubleshoot without help
- CTV and/or in-app supply experience
- Major SSPs, plus video platforms like PLL, Adtelligent, and Aniview
- VAST/VPAID fluency: tags, wrappers, error codes, latency, render diagnostics
- Auction mechanics: floors, bidding dynamics, deal prioritization, supply optimization
- You build your own analysis in Sheets or Excel instead of waiting for someone to send it
- Comfortable working across publishers, SSPs, DSPs, product, and engineering
What Matters Most
You're genuinely into this. The ecosystem changes every quarter, and nobody is going to hand you a curriculum. The right person already keeps up with new standards, platforms, auction dynamics, and supply-quality requirements because they find it interesting. You enjoy getting into the detail and working out how things actually function.
What You Get
Ownership of a revenue-critical function, early. Direct influence over how our supply is built, not just how it's run. A lean team where a good idea ships in days. Access to the biggest names in the ecosystem. Conferences, industry events, and team offsites. Impact you can point at.
Please Do Not Apply If
We get a high volume of applications that have nothing to do with this role. To save your time and ours, please do not apply if:
- Your background is performance marketing, paid media buying, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, or SEO/SEM. This is a supply-side programmatic infrastructure role, not a campaign management role
- You do not have hands-on CTV or in-app programmatic supply experience
- You have less than 3 years of relevant programmatic experience
We review every application, but profiles outside this scope will not be shortlisted.
