This is a critical role, and we are specifically looking for candidates who can deliver practical, industry-oriented training along with content creation responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured 2-hour training sessions (online/offline)
- Cover programmatic ecosystem including RTB, DSP, SSP, Ad Exchanges
- Provide hands-on training with tools such as:
- DV360 (Display & Video 360)
- The Trade Desk
- Google Ads (Display & Video)
- Campaign Manager 360 (basic)
- Google Analytics (performance tracking)
- Conduct live campaign demonstrations and real-time optimization
- Assign practical tasks, case studies, and evaluate student performance
- Mentor students for job readiness and interviews
Content Creation Expectations:
- Develop structured PPTs (module-wise)
- Create assignments, worksheets, and case studies
- Update training material as per current industry trends
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Programmatic Advertising
- Strong understanding of media buying and campaign optimization
- Experience working on DSP platforms
- Good communication and training skills
