💼 Role Overview
Join our growing Ad Operations team to drive end-to-end campaign execution, delivery, and optimization across leading ad tech platforms.
We are looking for detail-oriented, execution-focused professionals who can ensure campaigns go live accurately, on time, and perform efficiently.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
📌 Campaign Setup & Execution
- Traffic campaigns in Google Ad Manager (GAM)
- Activate campaigns via DSPs (DV360, TTD, StackAdapt)
- Configure targeting: audience, contextual, IP-based, behavioral
- Manage orders, line items, pacing & delivery
🎯 Targeting, QA & Optimization
- Apply precise audience & inventory targeting
- Perform pre-launch QA & validation
- Monitor delivery, pacing, and performance
- Troubleshoot under-delivery and optimize campaigns
📊 Reporting & Communication
- Share campaign status updates via tools like Monday.com
- Generate performance reports with insights & recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation & workflow tracking
🧠 Strategy & RFP Support (Programmatic Role)
- Support RFP responses and KPI planning
- Build account-based targeting strategies using first-party data
- Drive performance improvements through optimization
🧩 Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ad Manager (GAM)
- DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt)
Strong understanding of:
- Digital ad formats (Display, Video, Native)
- Audience targeting & segmentation
- Excellent attention to detail & multitasking ability
- Strong Excel & analytical skills
- Good communication (written & verbal)
⭐ Preferred
- Experience working with publishers
- Familiarity with SLA-driven environments
- Experience in RFP handling & campaign strategy
