About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Programmatic Advertising Specialist with expertise in DV360 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programmatic advertising, campaign optimization, and analytics, along with excellent communication and reporting skills. You will play a pivotal role in managing campaigns and driving results for our clients.

- Manage end-to-end programmatic campaign setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
- Handle daily campaign management activities on DV360 and CM360 platforms.
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, performance metrics, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and share actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Implement optimization strategies to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
- Ensure quality checks for campaign setup, creatives, tracking, and reporting accuracy.
- Support audience targeting, bid strategies, inventory management, and performance analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising.
- Strong working experience on DV360 (Display & Video 360) and CM360 (Campaign Manager 360).
- Strong understanding of programmatic buying, campaign optimization, and ad serving.
- Experience in campaign monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, frequency management, bidding strategies, and pacing controls.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
