Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Programmatic Advertising Sales - Director. The Director will oversee and drive programmatic advertising sales, develop strategic partnerships, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The role involves strategic planning, executing targeted sales initiatives, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet clients’ programmatic advertising needs. The Director will be responsible for achieving revenue growth targets, staying abreast of industry trends, and delivering tailored solutions in alignment with clients’ marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Advertising best practices
- Expertise in Sales and relationship-building strategies
- Proven experience in Customer Service and client management
- Comprehensive knowledge of Programmatic Advertising technologies and strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Experience working with e-commerce, D2C brands, or MarTech solutions is highly desirable
