Hiring | Senior Sales – AdTech

Mobiyoung is looking to strengthen its AdTech sales team with experienced professionals who have a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Role Overview
The role requires a consultative sales professional who can independently drive new business acquisition, build strong pipelines, and manage long-term client relationships within the AdTech and digital advertising space.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the AdTech domain
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients
• Present digital and AdTech solutions in a consultative, insight-led manner
• Collaborate with internal strategy and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets
Mandatory Requirements
• 5–6 years of experience in digital advertising / AdTech sales
• Prior AdTech experience is mandatory (applications without AdTech exposure will not be considered)
• Strong understanding of programmatic, performance marketing, and digital media ecosystems
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-driven approach
