Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Programmatic Specialist to lead our digital advertising efforts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of programmatic campaigns, utilizing DV360 for strategic buying and Google Ad Manager for inventory management and trafficking. The ideal candidate lives in the data, understands the nuances of the Google Marketing Platform (GMP), and knows how to optimize for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize programmatic display, video, and native campaigns within DV360.
- Inventory & Yield: Manage ad trafficking, placements, and roadblocks within Google Ad Manager (GAM) to ensure 100% delivery and minimal discrepancy.
- Strategic Optimization: Perform daily bid management and budget allocation; adjust targeting parameters (geo, audience, environment) to meet KPIs.
- PMP & Deals: Negotiate and execute Private Marketplace (PMP) deals and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) contracts with premium publishers.
- Tracking & Attribution: Implement and troubleshoot Floodlight tags, pixels, and tracking URL parameters to ensure clean data flow.
- Reporting: Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, providing weekly and monthly performance audits.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- Tool Proficiency: Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in DV360 and Google Ad Manager (SB or 360).
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript (for tag troubleshooting), and VAST/VPAID tags for video.
- Data Analysis: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs). Experience with Looker Studio or BigQuery is a plus.
- Certifications: Active Google Marketing Platform certifications (DV360/GAM) are highly preferred.
