Role Overview
We are looking for a Program Specialist to manage program execution, operations,
vendor coordination, and team tracking to ensure smooth and timely delivery of
projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end program execution, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, printing, and logistics
- Handle LMS/platform updates and website coordination
- Support content development and technical documentation
- Track team performance, tasks, and deadlines
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and team coordination
- Participate in strategic meetings and ensure task closure
- Oversee floor operations and daily workflow management
Requirements
- Master’s in IT / Electronics (preferred)
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in operations/program management is a plus
- Must have own laptop
