Role Overview
We are looking for a Program Specialist to manage program execution, operations,
vendor coordination, and team tracking to ensure smooth and timely delivery of
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end program execution, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, printing, and logistics
Handle LMS/platform updates and website coordination
Support content development and technical documentation
Technical Content Writing
Track team performance, tasks, and deadlines
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and team coordination
Participate in strategic meetings and ensure task closure
Oversee floor operations and daily workflow management
Requirements
Master’s in IT / Electronics (preferred)
Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Experience in operations/program management is a plus
Must have own laptop
