Program Specialist — AFIWAY
You own the student journey from first message to confirmed placement.
That means guiding applicants through every milestone: SOP writing, university or internship applications, visa filing, and pre-departure preparation across four destinations: France, the US, Georgia, and South Korea.
What you'll do
- Write and edit 4–6 Statements of Purpose per week alongside active applicants
- Host weekly WhatsApp office hours with a live cohort of 20–30 students
- Submit and track applications through Campus France, the AFIWAY Mobility Platform, and Studyportals
- Monitor visa timelines for every student and surface issues before they escalate
- Send monthly progress updates to partner universities and employers

You'll work with
- The Head of Recruitment and the BD & Sales team, with daily collaboration alongside the France, Georgia MBBS and South Korea programme leads.
Where this leads
- Strong performance over 12 months puts you in line to lead a country desk. Expansion into Germany, Spain, and Italy is planned for 2026.
