We are hiring for a Program / Project Manager (Banking AI / ML / Analytics Based Projects) role with a leading Big4 consulting firm.
📍 Location: Bangalore & Chennai
💼 Experience: 10+ Years

🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Program / Project Manager who can drive multiple strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of projects within timelines. Candidates with exposure to Banking AI / ML / Analytics based projects will be highly preferred.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
✔ Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and timelines
✔ Facilitate discussions across teams and remove blockers quickly
✔ Own delivery pace and ensure timely execution of initiatives
✔ Identify and manage project risks across multiple workstreams
✔ Track tasks, deadlines, and overall program governance
✔ Work closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams
⚡ Preferred Skills
👉 Strong written and verbal communication skills
👉 Excellent stakeholder management abilities
👉 Strong organizational and multitasking skills
👉 Good understanding of AI / ML / Analytics project lifecycle in Banking
👉 Experience in transformation / enterprise delivery environments
