At Sourcing Connect Consulting LLP, we are expanding rapidly and are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project / Program Manager to support a Fortune 500 US-based consulting client on a large-scale engagement.

Role Description
As a Project / Program Manager (P1 – Individual Contributor), you will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery, stakeholder alignment, and process adherence.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and client leadership, driving execution across the entire project lifecycle—from onboarding to closure.

Qualifications
- Lead multiple small-scale projects simultaneously (approx. 15–20 projects)
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and status reports
- Ensure delivery within timelines, budget, and quality expectations
- Drive customer onboarding using predefined processes
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Conduct regular status reviews and stakeholder communications
- Translate business requirements into clear project deliverables
- Manage change control processes and project documentation
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a relevant discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in project management or related field
- Minimum 1 year of IT Project Management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
Preferred:
- Experience in Cloud / MSP environment
- PMP / CAPM certification
- Familiarity with Salesforce & Project Insight tools
- Experience in customer onboarding & billing processes
