Job Summary
The Manager – Business Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Innovation Hub spaces and stakeholder visits, ensuring operational readiness, coordination, and execution excellence. This role supports governance, platform operations, reporting, and financial hygiene, enabling consistent, high-quality client and leadership experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Innovation Hub Space Operations
Manage daily operations of Innovation Hub spaces, studios, and shared areas.
Ensure spaces are visit-ready, compliant, and operationally sound.
Coordinate with Workplace, Technology, Branding, and Facilities teams to resolve issues and support space readiness.
Track space utilization and operational risks.
Stakeholder & Client Visit Execution
Own end-to-end execution of stakeholder and client visits, including scheduling, space allocation, coordination, and experience flow.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for visiting teams and internal stakeholders.
Ensure visit details, agendas, and outcomes are accurately captured in enterprise platforms.
Platform Operations & Reporting
Drive adoption and data hygiene for Visit and Space Management platforms.
Prepare dashboards and operational reports for leadership reviews.
Track KPIs related to visits, utilization, and operational performance.
Financial & Administrative Support
Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense governance.
Assist with business cases, funding requests, and utilization reporting.
Ensure adherence to financial and compliance guidelines.
Continuous Improvement
Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support rollout of new tools, processes, and SOPs.
Maintain documentation and operational playbooks.
Relationships
Internal: Innovation Hub Leadership, Workplace, Technology Projects, Branding, Finance, Business Operations, Sales teams
External: Vendors supporting hub operations
Qualifications
12–15+ years of experience in Operations, PMO, or Business Management roles
Strong execution, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with operational systems, dashboards, and reporting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
