Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Program & Operations Manager-India. The individual in this position will oversee daily operations, coordinate program execution, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing program delivery, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing administrative and operational activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Kochi center. The role also requires effective team management and strategic planning to enhance operational efficiency and achieve program objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management and program delivery skills to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, resource allocation, and problem-solving for achieving organizational goals.
- Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and building productive partnerships with internal and external parties.
- Strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills to drive performance and operational success.
- Educational background in business administration, management, or a related field preferred; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with the life sciences sector and experience in academic programs or training institutions is an advantage.
