Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Program Operations Associate. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring seamless execution of programs, and maintaining alignment with Mudita’s vision. Key responsibilities include coordinating program schedules, assisting stakeholders, analyzing program performance, facilitating communication across teams, and addressing customer inquiries effectively. The role also demands maintaining high levels of organizational efficiency and collaborating to enhance the overall participant experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations, with experience managing workflows and ensuring process optimization
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating program performance and making data-driven decisions
- Customer Service expertise to provide excellent support and address participant inquiries professionally
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Prior experience in program or operational management is highly desirable
