- Program Manager – Operations, Supply Chain & Growth (3+years of EXP)

- The Role At MetaGO Health, we are building a structured, outcome-driven health program (weight loss + metabolic health). We are looking for a high-ownership program manager who can build and manage the entire operations backbone — from procurement and vendor management to customer journey execution and data tracking. You will be responsible for ensuring that every user, from sign-up to month 6, experiences a seamless, reliable, and high-quality journey, backed by strong operational systems
1⃣ Supply Chain & Procurement
● Own end-to-end procurement of kits, medical devices, supplements, and consumables
● Identify, onboard, and manage vendors (pricing, quality, timelines)
● Negotiate commercials and optimise cost structures
● Ensure zero stock-outs and optimal inventory levels across all SKUs
● Build forecasting models for demand planning
2⃣ Operations & Fulfilment:
● Manage end-to-end logistics (warehouse, customer and delivery)
● Ensure timely dispatch of kits aligned with user onboarding
● Coordinate with internal teams for doctor consultation scheduling
● Build SOPs for operations, fulfilment, and issue resolution
3⃣ Data & Analytics (Critical):
● Build and maintain dashboards: Inventory health (DOH, fill rate, stock aging), Vendor performance, Delivery timelines, Program funnel metrics
● Use Google Sheets / Excel to automate reporting and workflows
● Identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency through data
4⃣ Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
● Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and medical partners (labs, clinics)
● Ensure SLA adherence and consistent service quality
5⃣ Process & System Building:
● Build scalable processes across procurement, inventory management, fulfilment, and customer journey
● Work with tools like Zoho / internal systems to streamline workflows
● Reduce manual dependencies through automation
6⃣ Team Management:
● Manage a small team (operations coordinators / executives)
● Ensure execution discipline and KPI tracking
● Drive accountability and performance
Who You Are
✅ Operations Architect
● 3 – 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations
● Startup / high-growth environment preferred
● Experience handling inventory, vendors, and logistics end-to-end
✅ Data-Driven Operator
● Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (must-have)
● Comfortable with pivot tables, forecasting, and dashboarding
● Bonus: SQL / Power BI / Tableau
✅ Supply Chain Thinker
● Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory optimization, fill rates, and stock health
● Ability to balance cost vs. availability
✅ Execution + Ownership
● High accountability — you own outcomes, not just tasks
● Strong coordination across teams
● Comfortable working in ambiguity
✅ Team Handling
● Experience managing 2–5 people (preferred)
Good to Have — Bonus
● Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, D2C, or E-commerce
● Experience handling medical or wellness products
● Exposure to tools like Zoho, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems
