Role Overview
Nivaan is scaling rapidly across cities to build India’s most trusted tech-enabled interventional pain-care network. We are hiring a Program Manager who can independently own and deliver high-leverage strategic projects, improve funnel efficiencies, and drive transformation across growth, operations, and IPD conversions.
This role blends first-principles problem-solving, analytical strength, systems thinking, and high-speed execution. You will report to the Head of Growth but will work cross-functionally across digital, clinic ops, IPD conversion, physiotherapy, and technology with a broad mandate to solve real business problems.
This is a role for someone who wants to operate with wide responsibility, drive execution end-to-end, and learn healthcare deeply from experienced operators coming from Wharton, IIT and ISB.

Ideal Background: IIT / top NIT / Tier-1 undergrad Consulting / High-growth startup ops/product roles
As part of our central growth team, you will:
✨ Lead high-impact strategic projects across growth, operations & tech
✨ Improve funnel efficiency across Digital → OPD → IPD
✨ Build scalable systems, SOPs & workflows for multi-city expansion
✨ Drive digitization, AI adoption, and operational automation
✨ Build an Operations Control Tower for real-time business visibility
Who should apply?
