Job Summary
We are looking for a the Program Manager - Station Operations, who will own end-to-end operational performance of multiple mobility stations/hubs. The role is focused on driving profitability, operational discipline, rider experience, collections, uptime, utilization, and process compliance across stations.
This role is ideal for someone with strong finance, operations, audit, or business control experience who can bring structure, accountability, and data-driven decision making into daily operations.
🎯 What You Will Do - Station Performance & P&L Ownership
- Own station-level profitability and operational KPIs.
- Track revenue, rentals, utilization, idle vehicles, charger utilization, recovery, and operating costs.
- Identify leakage, wastage, and operational inefficiencies.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across stations.
- Operational Governance
- Ensure smooth day-to-day station operations.
- Maintain FIFO processes, parking discipline, charging discipline, and deployment planning.
- Monitor uptime of vehicles and chargers in coordination with Service Ops.
- Ensure zero operational chaos during peak hours.
- Collections & Financial Control
- Monitor rider collections, pending rentals, security deposits, and recovery performance.
- Ensure reconciliation of cash/UPI collections and system records.
- Flag payment delays, fraud risks, and misuse.
- Work closely with the Collections & Recovery team for escalations.
- MIS & Reporting
- Build and publish daily/weekly operational dashboards.
- Track station-wise KPIs: Vehicle uptime, Deployment %, Rider login adherence, Collection efficiency, Charger utilization, Complaint TAT, Idle inventory
- Present actionable insights to leadership.
- Process & Compliance
- Create SOPs and operational controls.
- Conduct station audits and surprise checks.
- Ensure asset tracking and inventory accountability.
- Ensure proper documentation for surrendered/recovered vehicles.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with: Deployment Ops, Service Ops, Collections Team, OEMs/Vendors & Finance Team
- Ensure faster issue resolution and escalation management
- Team Management
- Manage station managers/in-charges across locations.
- Drive accountability and performance culture.
- Ensure manpower planning and shift discipline.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- MBA in Finance / Operations / Supply Chain or related fields
- CA Inter / CMA
- B.Com with strong operations or business management experience
- Engineering graduates with strong analytical and operational exposure
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Operations Program Management, Fleet Operations, Business Finance, Supply Chain Operations, Retail Operations, Quick Commerce Operations, or Audit and Business Control functions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive operational excellence across multiple locations
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs and P&L management
- Experience in process implementation, audits, and compliance
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and operational dashboards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
- Strong people management and execution capabilities
