Memorae is growing fast and our India engineering team is at the core of it. We need someone whose entire job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. As a Program Manager (Scrum Master) you'll be the person who makes our engineering machine run — owning delivery visibility across backend, frontend, QA, and design.
If Jira isn't updated, that's on you. If a release goes out without notes, that's on you. If a stakeholder asks what's happening with a feature and no one knows — you fix that.
🎯 What you'll own
- Full visibility across all active projects: Jira always up to date, always accurate.
- Release process end-to-end: checklists, dependencies, release notes, staging sign-offs.
- Daily standups across engineering teams: you attend, you track, you flag blockers.
- Cross-team coordination: QA, design, frontend, and backend move together on every deployment.
- Single point of contact on delivery status for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identifying release risks before they become delays.
👀 What we're looking for
- 5-7 years experience as a Scrum Master or Program Manager inside a tech company.
- Experience working directly embedded with engineering teams.
- Obsessively organised: you live in Jira, Notion, or whatever tool gets the job done.
- Direct communicator: comfortable pushing back on engineers and leads when things aren't tracked or on time.
- Not afraid of conflict: you'll need to hold engineers, leads, and designers accountable when deadlines slip or processes aren't followed. If you avoid difficult conversations, this role isn't for you.
- Proven experience coordinating large teams (10+ people) across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Startup mindset: you figure things out, you don't wait for a playbook.
