Role Overview
As a Program Manager, you will oversee the execution and quality of Play to Speak programs across assigned partner schools.
You will be responsible for ensuring that sessions run smoothly, facilitators are supported, and the Play to Speak pedagogy is delivered consistently across campuses.
This role combines program operations, academic oversight, facilitator management, and school relationship management.
You will ensure that the Play to Speak experience remains high-quality, structured, and impactful for every student and institution we work with.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Operations & Execution • Oversee Play to Speak program delivery across assigned schools
• Ensure sessions run on schedule and follow the structured curriculum
• Coordinate session planning across multiple campuses
• Ensure consistent execution of Play to Speak pedagogy
2. Facilitator Management & Support • Support onboarding and training of Program Facilitators
• Coordinate facilitator deployment across schools
• Maintain backup facilitator planning for contingencies
• Provide guidance and support to facilitators when required
3. Academic Quality & Classroom Observations • Conduct periodic classroom observations across assigned schools
• Ensure session quality, engagement, and learning outcomes
• Provide feedback to facilitators to improve classroom delivery
• Monitor student development and program impact
4. Events, Showcases & Competitions • Coordinate and oversee student showcases and public speaking events
• Support preparation of students for debates, MUNs, and competitions
• Ensure smooth execution of Play to Speak showcases in partner schools
5. School Relationship Management • Coordinate smoothly with school administrators and coordinators
• Represent Play to Speak with professionalism and clarity
• Ensure operational coordination between schools and the Play to Speak team
6. Program Expansion Support • Support onboarding of new partner schools during expansion phases
• Assist with demos, orientations, and pilot sessions where required
• Ensure successful program launch in new institutions

Work DetailsFull-Time Position
Monday to Friday – Regular working days
Select Saturdays – Only when required for events, demos, showcases, or special programs
Work from Office (Monday to Friday)
School visits as required
During Class Season:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
During Off-Season:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Travel between assigned campuses required
