The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines and teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth (Hunting + Farming)
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across international markets (hunting).
• Drive strategic initiatives to expand into new geographies and segments.
• Strengthen and grow existing client relationships and business channels (farming).
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to improve revenue generation and client
retention.
2. Strategic Planning & Execution
• Translate leadership vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Drive high-impact projects across departments, ensuring timely execution.
• Build scalable processes to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
3. Market Research & Insights
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, demand gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, and positioning to derive actionable insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership for decision-making.
4. Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Marketing
• Act as a bridge between leadership and execution teams to ensure alignment.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
5. Reporting & Communication
• Create high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Present insights, progress, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.
6. Process Optimization & Automation
• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement improvements.
Leverage tools and technology to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
• 2–4 years of experience in Program Management / Strategy / Consulting / Business
Operations / Growth roles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Experience in handling both business development (hunting) and account growth
(farming)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• Prior experience in startup / SaaS / tech-driven environment is a strong plus
