Role Description

This internship position is for a Program Manager role located on-site in Bengaluru. The Program Manager Intern will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project planning, ensure timely delivery, monitor key metrics, and ensure the smooth execution of operational processes. The role involves strategizing with team leads, identifying bottlenecks, handling deliveries and working toward process improvements while maintaining alignment with company goals.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in program management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate across teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying process improvements
  • Adaptability and responsiveness in dynamic working environments
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their application in B2C business is advantageous
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
