Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.
Track program performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in program execution and delivery processes.
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to organizational best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
12–15 years of experience in program/project management.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing global teams and distributed programs.
Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Avionics domain knowledge is added advantage.
