Program Manager – Growth

The Role
We are looking for a sharp, structured, and driven Program Manager to own two of our most critical growth engines: Leads Management and New Product Development (NPD). This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of business development, technology commercialization, and strategic execution — ideal for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity and turning pipelines into outcomes.
What You'll Own
Leads Management Program
- Build and manage a robust, end-to-end leads tracking system across all inbound and outbound channels — partner referrals, online tenders (GeM, CPP, state portals), direct inquiries, and existing customer accounts
- Ensure every lead is logged, assigned, followed up, and taken to a meaningful conclusion — whether won, lost, or nurtured
- Define and monitor lead stage SLAs, conversion metrics, and pipeline health dashboards
- Coordinate with internal technical and BD teams to ensure timely proposal submissions and client responses
- Identify gaps in the pipeline and proactively flag risks to leadership
New Product Development Program
- Program manage NPD initiatives across three streams: internal R&D, university partnerships (BE.YOND program), and foreign technology tie-ups (India Entry program)
- Maintain structured project plans, milestone trackers, and review cadences for each active NPD project
- Liaise with academic and research partners (universities, IITs, NITs) to track technology readiness, IP milestones, and commercialization timelines
- Coordinate with foreign companies exploring India market entry — managing due diligence, pilot planning, and regulatory onboarding
- Translate technical progress into business-ready narratives for leadership, partners, and investors
What We're Looking For
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Environmental Engineering + MBA from a recognized institution (mandatory)
- Experience: 4–7 years in program management, business development, or technology commercialization — preferably in water, infrastructure, cleantech, or government-facing sectors
- Skills: Strong program and project management fundamentals
- Proficiency with CRM tools, project trackers, and reporting dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication — comfortable engaging with government clients, academic partners, and international counterparts
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize technical and commercial information
- High ownership, low ego — this role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
