Must-Have:
- End-to-end workflow discovery, process redesign, process mapping, SIPOC, VSM and service blueprinting
- Lean waste analysis, RCA, standard work, controls and capability mapping
- KPI/baseline definition, value cases and benefits realization
- AI agent/intelligent workflow design and hands-on enterprise AI/automation experience
- GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering and grounding
- AI testing/evaluation, human-in-the-loop, exception handling and controls
- APIs, structured data, JSON/connectors and Python/equivalent scripting
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and independent delivery
- Change adoption, handover and sustainment
- Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Automate
Good-to-Have:
- Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI or equivalent
- Semantic Kernel/orchestration frameworks
- Vector search, enterprise knowledge sources and data preparation
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
- Agile/Product/Service Design/Program Management
- AI CoE/builder community/enterprise automation experience
- Finance, Operations, Technology or customer operations exposure
- Relevant Cloud/AI/BA/Process Improvement/Automation certifications
- Financial Services/Banking domain experience
